What does this mean for you? It means that you’ll have that much more free cash to invest into your renovation, instead of tied up in closing costs. What we find is that many of the “Big Box” wholesaler outfits in San Antonio, TX only do “double closes”, resulting much higher per deal entry costs for the end buyer (you). -
We don’t get deals from other wholesalers.
We ARE the source of the investment deals. Because we are the source, that painstakingly finds each and every real estate deal, it means that you are not having to pay another wholesalers “assignment fee” on top of ours. Why pay two assignment fees? Doesn’t make much sense.
